摘要： Chemical-genomic approaches that map interactions between small molecules and genetic perturbations offer a promising strategy for functional annotation of uncharacterized bioactive compounds. We recently developed a new high-throughput platform for mapping chemicalgenetic (CG) interactions in yeast that can be scaled to screen large compound collections, and we applied this system to generate CG interaction profiles for more than 13 000 compounds. When integrated with the existing global yeast genetic interaction network, CG interaction profiles can enable mode-of-action prediction for previously uncharacterized compounds as well as discover unexpected secondary effects for known drugs. To facilitate future analysis of these valuable data, we developed a public database and web interface named MOSAIC. The website provides a convenient interface for querying compounds, bioprocesses (Gene Ontology terms) and genes for CG information including direct CG interactions, bioprocesses and gene-level target predictions. MOSAIC also provides access to chemical structure information of screened molecules, chemical-genomic profiles and the ability to search for compounds sharing structural and functional similarity. This resource will be of interest to chemical biologists for discovering new small molecule probes with specific modes-of-action as well as computational biologists interested in analysing CG interaction networks.

摘要： 汽车行业某垂直门户网站(下称汽车网)从2006年初开始上线到今天已经成功运营十多年,在全国各大城市均设有独立的服务器和分站,主要提供汽车资讯、广告、当地汽车报价、经销商门店、车主投诉处理等功能。由于地区性差异,各分站发展到今天虽然界面形式上一致,但数据格式上却各自演化无法统一,管理层无法及时得到准确的全局决策信息。为了彻底解决该问题,经调研决定在总部开发一套决策支持系统,集成各分站数据,让管理层随时都可以得到准确、及时的信息。该系统的成功实施提升了公司的决策效率,使高管们在第一时间掌控全国行业动态,及时调整广告策略,给经销商们提供符合市场的价格信息,企业也因此获得了客户的广泛好评。

摘要： 随着商业智能的发展,现代化石油钻井企业开始越来越重视数据的作用,如何将企业多年信息化建设的成果更有效地利用起来成为当前企业信息化建设的一个重要内容。数据仓库建设的过程中最重要的过程就是ETL过程。ETL过程经常需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力。但是效率依然十分低下,为了解决这个问题,本文提出采用网络众包的方法将传统数据仓库ETL过程与众包的方式结合,构建基于众包的钻井物料数据仓库ETL系统,有效提高石油企业数据仓库建设的效率。

摘要： 将决策支持系统运用到电网调度管理中可以提升电网工作的效率与效益,实现经济、高效调度的目标,而数据仓库的应用又强化了其在决策方面的作用。本文从决策支持系统和电网调度技术的概念入手,以精确进行调度为目标,构建了适用于电网企业的基于数据仓库的电力调度决策支持系统,并介绍了决策支持系统运用至电网调度中的实现方式与功能模块,描述了系统的决策过程。该系统的应用可以保证电网调度的安全可靠性,提升电网的工作效率与管理水平。

摘要： 随着信息技术的不断深入普及,互联网服务、金融、电信、医学影像和基因测序等业务领域出现数据资产的爆发式增长。人类创造数据的速度前所未有,现今数据产生速度超过30000GB/s并仍在不断加快。全球数据总量在2013年约为4.4ZB,到2020年预计增长十倍达到44ZB的规模。为了对数据资产进行系统的分析处理,形成商业智能,数据仓库（Data Warehouse）应运而生。

摘要： 新一代的高速列车谱系化研制平台结合了高速动车组谱系化理论,构建了以高速列车快速设计、虚拟可视化、快速工艺文件生成及试验验证等八大子系统为核心的高速列车设计制造一体化平台。而八大子系统重要的基础支撑是高速列车谱系化数据仓库。本文对高速列车谱系化数据仓库技术开展研究,确定了谱系化数据仓库的框架,构建了高速列车谱系化数据仓库体系,开发了高效的数据管理平台。为高速列车设计制造一体化平台各子系统之间顺畅衔接和高效运转提供支撑。

摘要： 大数据时代数据仓库的应用为图书馆的管理和决策提供了强有力的技术支持。分析了数据仓库的模块,由数据模块、替代模块、概括模块和实践模块等四个模块构成。以雪花结构模型与星型结构模型进行联机分析处理。用概率论中的回归分析与统计预测方法,统计运算出读者在整个学年或者大学三年内对有关文献信息的需求量。介绍了数据仓库的概念、架构、核心技术及设计思想,并对数据仓库技术在高校图书馆中的应用进行了研究。

摘要： 面向投送装备器材仓库业务数据繁多的处理需求,设计并建立投送装备器材数据仓库。通过对器材仓库管理中产生的大量业务数据进行提取、加载和转换操作,然后把数据根据设定的主题填入数据仓库,分别设计逻辑模型、概念模型与物理模型,并基于SQL Server 2008提供的开发平台完成数据仓库的实现,得到了车辆器材数据仓库QCDW。

摘要： 针对数据仓库压缩存储技术,在基于Dwarf立方体模型的基础上,改进立方体存储结构,提出R-Dwarf立方体,进一步对立方体进行压缩,从而达到减少存储冗余以及算法时间复杂度的效果。使用Python对算法进行实现,并以基于TPC-H基准的星型模式数据进行演示,与原算法进行对比。

摘要： Objectives To describe the implementation of the first phase of a regional perinatal data repository and to provide a roadmap for others to navigate technical, privacy, and data governance concerns in implementing similar resources. Methods Our implementation integrated regional physician billing records with maternal and infant electronic health records from an academic delivery hospital. These records, representing births during 2013-2015, constituted a data core supporting linkage to additional ancillary data sets. Measures obtained from pediatric follow-up, urgent care, emergency, and inpatient encounters were linked at the individual level as were measures obtained by home visitors during pre- and postnatal encounters. Residential addresses were geocoded supporting linkage to area-level measures. Results Integrated data contained regional billing records for 69,290 newborns representing approximately 81% of all regional live births and nearly 95% of live births in the region's most populous county. Billing records linked to 7293 infant delivery hospital records and 7107 corresponding maternal hospital records. Manual review demonstrated 100% validity of matches among audited records. Additionally, 2430 home visiting records were linked to the data core as were pediatric primary care, urgent care, emergency department, and inpatient visits representing 42,541 children. More than 99% of the newborn billing records were geocoded and assigned a census tract identifier. Conclusions for Practice Our approach to methodological and regulatory challenges affords opportunities for expansion of systems to integrate electronic health records originating from additional medical centers as well as individual- and area-level linkage to additional data sets relevant to perinatal health.
