摘要： 随着金融市场的不断发展和复杂化，风险管理已成为金融机构稳健运营的关键。金融机构在发展过程中会面临多个方面的风险。只有对其进行有效的防控，才能降低金融机构面临风险的概率，保证其稳定的发展。本文分析了金融市场风险管理存在的问题，提出了具体的对策，旨在促进金融机构高效开展风险管理。

摘要： 现代金融市场的四维分析框架随着全球政治经济环境发生重大变化，金融市场波动远超基本面变化趋势，日益呈现非对称性和非理性行为特征。在此背景下，现代金融市场理论基于有限套利理论1和投资者心态分析2，将金融市场分析框架扩充至经济基本面、政策面、资金面、情绪面四个层次，对金融市场中各类投资者的资产配置行为与运行规律进行系统分析。

摘要： 针对肉品传送塑料齿轮注塑工艺参数对其成型质量的影响，提出基于蝙蝠-支持向量回归机的建立肉品传送塑料齿轮注塑工艺参数的数学模型，算法中利用支持向量机建立溶体温度、保压时间、注塑时间、保压压力、模具温度、冷却时间六个工艺参数与体积收缩、缩痕和翘曲变形等之间的数学模型；同时利用蝙蝠对支持向量机的参数进行优化，提高支持向量机的精度。仿真结果表明：基于BA算法改进的SVR算法，相关系数(R2)为0. 9988提高了0.85%，RMSE为0.021，降低了65.85%，RMAE为0.0372，降低了89.03%，算法改进后，提高了其全局近似能力，减少了局部误差，同时预测误差范围由[-0.1 0.2]缩小到[-0.02 0.02]；基于BAT算法改进的SVR算法的模型精度得到了明显的提高，能够为肉品传送塑料齿轮注塑成型工艺参数显著性分析及其优化，提供更加精确的数学模型；基于改进后的支持向量机建立的数学模型，研究了工艺参数对综合评价的影响。

摘要： HPS(History,Philosophy and Sociology of Science)模式将科学史、科学哲学与科学社会学融入教学活动中.紧扣应用型本科特色,在计量经济学课程中采用HPS模式进行课程思政教育,能够促进教学内容与课程思政元素的有机融合.通过演示现象、引出观念、学习历史、设计实验、呈现科学观念和实践检验、总结与评价的科学化实施路径,有效提高学生利用计量经济学理论与方法解决实际经济问题的能力,对达成"三维"教学目标,贯彻落实好应用型本科院校立德树人的根本目标具有重要的意义.

摘要： 在政策引导、市场竞争和数字技术驱动下,农村金融市场正在发生以大行下沉为主要特征的结构性变化。本文以金融生态和生态位理论为研究视角,分析大行下沉对农村金融市场的影响,讨论农村金融市场的金融生态位演变,并探讨中小银行以何种策略应对大行下沉。研究发现,大行下沉会导致金融生态位重叠、分离与进化,并由此带来农村金融市场的竞争效应、覆盖效应和更新效应。中小银行除了上浮之外,还可通过更加深潜、联结和换道等生态位策略来应对大行下沉对农村金融市场的冲击。从金融生态位变化看,大行下沉在短期内会带来对农村金融市场的竞争扭曲、市场特色丧失、金融风险增加等问题,但通过中小银行生态位移动和金融当局优化金融生态的政策调整,可以重塑农村金融市场,构建一个更加开放、包容和多元的农村金融生态系统。

摘要： 《概率论与数理统计》是我国高校理工科的专业基础课之一,其中所包含的理论和方法在工农业、军事科学中都有应用。在课程思政的教学背景下,探索研究《概率论与数理统计》课程中的思政教育,结合知识点全方位深度挖掘《概率论与数理统计》中的思政元素。教学前设计好思政教学案例,在课堂教学中巧妙地融入思政元素,不仅要教授学生相关知识,同时也要对学生进行思想政治教育,达到“润物细无声”的育人效果。本文旨在通过传授知识、提高技能、拓展思维、培育品质和引领价值等多个维度,深入探讨课程中可融入的思政教育元素,实现全程育人和全方位育人的目标。在概率论课程中融入思政教育,不仅能够培养学生的专业素养,还能引导他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,成为具备高度责任感和使命感的新时代人才。“Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics” is one of the basic courses of science and engineering in colleges and universities in China, and the theories and methods contained in it have been applied in industry, agriculture and military science. In the context of the teaching of ideology and politics in the course, this paper explores and studies the ideological and political education in the course of “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics”, and combines the knowledge points to explore the ideological and political elements in “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics” in an all-round way. Before teaching, ideological and political teaching cases should be designed, and ideological and political elements should be skillfully integrated into classroom teaching, not only to teach students relevant knowledge, but also to carry out ideological and political education for students, so as to achieve the educational effect of “moisturizing things silently”. This paper aims to deeply explore the elements of ideological and political education that can be integrated into the curriculum through multiple dimensions, such as imparting knowledge, improving skills, expanding thinking, cultivating quality and leading value, so as to achieve the goal of whole-process and all-round education. Integrating ideological and political education into the probability theory course can not only cultivate students’ professional quality, but also guide them to establish a correct world view, outlook on life and values, and become talents in the new era with a high sense of responsibility and mission.

摘要： 在全球数字经济的大浪潮下,金融体系的作用愈发凸显,不同的金融结构可能会导致不同的经济后果。在此背景下,本文以我国中小民营企业为研究对象,利用社会融资结构统计数据,通过面板数据回归、工具变量法、中介效应检验、异质性检验等方法,探讨金融结构市场化对企业数字化转型的影响。研究发现:(1) 控制其他条件不变,金融结构的市场化程度与中小民营企业数字化转型水平存在显著且稳健的正向关系;(2) 提高金融结构市场化程度,会提升中小民营企业动态能力、降低融资成本,从而促进其数字化转型;(3) 当企业属于高新技术行业且所处地区银行业竞争较强时,金融结构对其数字化转型的影响更为明显。本文的研究证实了金融结构市场化对中小民营企业数字化转型的促进作用,为政府制定相关金融结构优化政策提供经验证据。Under the wave of global digital economy, the role of financial system is becoming more and more prominent, and different financial structures may lead to different economic consequences. In this context, this paper takes China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises as the research object, and uses the statistics of social financing structure to explore the impact of the marketization of financial structure on the digital transformation of enterprises through panel data regression, instrumental variable method, mediation effect test, heterogeneity test and other methods. It is found that (1) controlling other conditions constant, there is a significant and robust positive relationship between the degree of marketization of financial structure and the level of digital transformation of small and medium-sized private enterprises;(2) increasing the degree of marketization of financial structure will enhance the dynamic capacity and reduce the financing cost of small and medium-sized private enterprises, thus promoting their digital transformation;(3) when the enterprise belongs to a high-tech industry and is located in a region with strong competition in the banking industry, the financial structure has a more obvious impact on its digital transformation. The research in this paper confirms the role of marketization of financial structure on the digital transformation of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and provides empirical evidence for the government to formulate relevant financial structure optimization policies.
