为减少“沥青烟”的排放,研究以久马高速工程为依托,通过研究在沥青中掺入碱式硫酸镁晶须、膨胀石墨、活性炭3种不同抑烟剂,分析不同抑烟剂和不同掺量对沥青三大性能指标的影响,确定最佳抑烟剂为碱式硫酸镁晶须,最佳掺量为3%;为测定抑烟改性沥青的路用性能,采用车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验与未掺入抑烟剂沥青进行对比,发现抑烟剂的掺入对其高温稳定性能、水稳定性性能、低温抗裂性能影响并不大,所有试验结果都均满足相关技术要求。为从源头上遏制或减少沥青烟的排放研究提供一些试验相关数据。In order to reduce the emission of “asphalt fume”, this study is based on the Jiuma Expressway project. By studying the addition of three different smoke suppressants, namely basic magnesium sulfate whiskers, expanded graphite, and activated carbon to asphalt, the influence of different smoke suppressants and their dosages on the three major performance indicators of asphalt is analyzed. The optimal smoke suppressant is determined to be basic magnesium sulfate whiskers, with an optimal dosage of 3%;To determine the road performance of smoke-suppressed modified asphalt, a comparison was made between the rutting test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, low-temperature bending test and asphalt without smoke suppressant. It was found that the addition of smoke suppressants had little effect on its high-temperature stability, water stability, and low-temperature crack resistance performance. All test results met the relevant technical requirements. To provide some experimental data for research on curbing or reducing asphalt smoke emissions from the source.
