摘要： 痕迹检验技术是公安机关侦查人员在实际的现场侦查当中运用痕迹检验的相关理论与技术对案发现场的各种痕迹进行采集与分析的技术,在诸多侦查技术当中,处于关键性的地位。痕迹检验技术的应用不仅能够提高侦查效率而且能够为案件的侦查与审理提供必要的信息与依据,因此,本文就常用的痕迹检验技术对其在刑事侦查工作当中的实际应用进行探究。

摘要： 目前,木材在生活中的使用极为广泛,但是每一种木材都有其一定的适用范围,在选用木材来制作某一种产品时,必须要根据木材的材质、纹理、树木的生长轮等特性进行分析与研究,更深入的可以从树木的各种组织进行研究,使木材在生产过程中充分发挥其使用价值,不造成浪费,从而有效的提高林业企业最大经济效益.木材检验工作是林业企业生产产品过程中的重要环节,它直接影响到林业产品的质量.本文主要从木材的生长轮、年轮、边材心材、管孔、早、晚材、管孔、内部组织、树脂道等各个方面出发,主要论述了木材的宏观特征,并探析其在木材检验工作中的作用,以供读者参考.

摘要： 随着我国森林资源越来越少,社会的高速发展和资源的日趋紧张都是导致木材价格升高的原因,这就需要企业重视木材检验工作,以此来提高企业的经济效益。木材检验工作是木材生产和经营管理过程中非常重要的部分,其影响着木材的质量和企业的经济效益,木材检验工作对木材产品可以进行识别、鉴定、区分、尺寸检量和材积计算等基础性工作。现对木材检验工作的重要性进行了简要的分析,争取对企业木材检验工作提供有力的理论依据。

摘要： 建筑工程在建造过程中通常都会选择不同的合同结构，而不同的合同结构形式对于建筑工程自身的造价来说有着极大的影响，建筑工程在进行合同结构选择的过程中，主要根据不同合同结构对于工程造价的影响程度来作为主要的决定因素，例如建筑业主根据总承包单位的能力、项目经费以及管理团队等等进行考量。本篇文章主要根据不同合同结构形式对于工程造价所造成的影响了进行了阐述，以期为其他建筑工程合同结构形式选择过程中提供参考。

摘要： 卫生理化检验是卫生检验中非常重要的组成部分，根据相关调查与实践可知，其在相关疾病的预防及控制中起着非常重要的作用。因此，必须对其引起重视。本研究结合本人的工作实践及相关调查，主要就卫生理化检验在疾病的预防及控制中的作用展开相关论述。

摘要： Background: Mass spectrometry is an important analytical tool for clinical proteomics. Primarily employed for biomarker discovery, it is increasingly used for developing methods which may help to provide unambiguous diagnosis of biological samples. In this context, we investigated the classification of phenotypes by applying support vector machine (SVM) on experimental data obtained by MudPIT approach. In particular, we compared the performance capabilities of SVM by using two independent collection of complex samples and different data-types, such as mass spectra (m/z), peptides and ***: Globally, protein and peptide data allowed a better discriminant informative content than experimental mass spectra (overall accuracy higher than 87% in both collection 1 and 2). These results indicate that sequencing of peptides and proteins reduces the experimental noise affecting the raw mass spectra, and allows the extraction of more informative features available for the effective classification of samples. In addition, proteins and peptides features selected by SVM matched for 80% with the differentially expressed proteins identified by the MAProMa ***: These findings confirm the availability of the most label-free quantitative methods based on processing of spectral count and SEQUEST-based SCORE values. On the other hand, it stresses the usefulness of MudPIT data for a correct grouping of sample phenotypes, by applying both supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms. This capacity permit the evaluation of actual samples and it is a good starting point to translate proteomic methodology to clinical application. © 2013 Di Silvestre et al.; licensee BioMed Central Ltd.

摘要： The purpose of this study was to introduce a project developed to promote interaction of teacher candidates from different areas with individuals with special needs within the scope of a Special Education course and examine the impact of this project on developing positive attitude and awareness on teacher candidates. In this study, a mixed research design that combines qualitative and quantitative research designs was utilized. Content analysis was conducted to analyze qualitative data obtained from the reports of teacher candidates submitted at the end of the project. In addition, descriptive statistical analysis was utilized to analyze quantitative data derived from the answers of teacher candidates regarding Course and Instructor Evaluation Form. Content analysis results indicated that in the beginning of the project, teacher candidates possessed negative thoughts towards students with special needs such as the state of startling, undesirability and complex emotions. At the end of the project, teacher candidates expressed that their point of view towards students with special needs changed in positive way, this change positively reflected to their behaviors, and they realized the importance of special education. Furthermore, teacher candidates stated their satisfaction about the project with expressions such as enjoying a learning experience, realizing the difference between theory and practice, and enjoying with participating in the project. According to descriptive statistical analysis, the vast majority of teacher candidates stated that the information presented in Special Education course attracted their attention, they learned a lot of new information and were happy to participate in the project.
