摘要： 本文以江苏省210位家禽养殖企业员工为样本,分析并基于结构方程模型实证检验了家禽养殖企业安全文化对员工禽流感防控意愿形成过程的作用机理。研究结果表明:安全氛围是安全文化中正向影响员工禽流感防控意愿的显著因子。安全氛围通过正向影响员工的结果信念和结果评价来形成员工的禽流感防控态度,通过正向影响员工的控制信念和知觉强度来影响员工的防控知觉行为控制,并最终正向影响员工的禽流感防控意愿。此外,员工感知的工友实施禽流感防控操作规程努力程度对安全氛围形成有较大的正向影响。

摘要： 本文针对人民币跨境流通使用后出现的结算货币与计价货币分离、人民币计价职能难以发挥等问题,从驻锚货币的角度进行了讨论和研究,认为成为货币锚是货币广泛发挥国际计价功能的集中体现和关键基础,也是一国货币国际化成败的最终标志。为此,本文构建了货币替代模型,研究人民币形成货币锚的初始选择,并在此基础上提出了相应发展路径。

摘要： Characterization and classification of crude oil is done following different approaches. Geochemistry investigations on one hand are focused on finding and quantifying markers characteristic of the oil, to provide detailed information about the geological history, the conditions of sedimentation of the oil and of the source rock. On the other hand Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometry (FTICR MS) has been proved to be a powerful tool in the analysis of crude oil at the molecular level. In this study, a group of fourteen samples of crude oil coming from different fields around the world has been analyzed through Atmospheric Pressure Photoionization (APPI) coupled to FTICR MS. Since the comparison of the many complex APPI FTICR mass spectra is complicated, we have applied statistical methods such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and hierarchical clustering (HCA) considering the peaks of the mass spectra. The statistical analysis has found to be able to group the oils according to the well where they have been extracted and from their geographical origin. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要： RNA-sample pooling is sometimes inevitable, but should be avoided in classification tasks like biomarker studies. Our simulation framework investigates a two-class classification study based on gene expression profiles to point out how strong the outcomes of single sample designs differ to those of pooling designs. The results show how the effects of pooling depend on pool size, discriminating pattern, number of informative features and the statistical learning method used (support vector machines with linear and radial kernel, random forest (RF), linear discriminant analysis, powered partial least squares discriminant analysis (PPLS-DA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA)). As a measure for the pooling effect, we consider prediction error (PE) and the coincidence of important feature sets for classification based on PLS-DA, PPLS-DA and RF. In general, PPLS-DA and PLS-DA show constant PE with increasing pool size and low PE for patterns for which the convex hull of one class is not a cover of the other class. The coincidence of important feature sets is larger for PLS-DA and PPLS-DA as it is for RF. RF shows the best results for patterns in which the convex hull of one class is a cover of the other class, but these depend strongly on the pool size. We complete the PE results with experimental data which we pool artificially. The PE of PPLS-DA and PLS-DA are again least influenced by pooling and are low. Additionally, we show under which assumption the PLS-DA loading weights, as a measure for importance of features regarding classification, are equal for the different designs.

摘要： Student academic performance and social competence are influenced positively by parent involvement; effective parent-teacher communication not builds parent reliance on a school, it enhances parent knowledge of raising children. As information technology develops rapidly, it is already a trend that e-communication is replacing traditional paper communication. Mobile phone messages could be a convenience tool to issue notices to parents and reduce conflicts due to negligence such as missing phone calls, forgotten alerts, etc. Therefore, this study investigates teacher behavior of adopting mobile phone messages as a parent-teacher communication medium by applying the TAM, C-TAM-TPB, and UTAUT models. The result posits that attitude should be treated as a mediator between perceived usefulness and behavior intention, even if the user perceives the new device is useful but does not hold a positive attitude toward the device. On the other hand, to most subjects, opinions from family and friends and expectations from superiors are important considerations when making decisions; those thoughts affect directly the intention to use the new system. The results also suggest that infrastructure maturity for mobile phone messaging improves intention to use, but actual use behavior relates to school policies, not teacher intention. To implement a messaging system successfully, authorities should provide inducements that not only attract teachers to use the system, but that foster positive attitudes toward the messaging system to further increase use intention. 摘要： 文章以江苏地区某电视台某频道为例,介绍了在《劳动合同法》这一框架下,如何合理合法处理与从业人员的劳动关系,对所采用的频道聘用(劳务派遣)、借调、招募实习大学生等用工形式进行了利弊分析,对如何规范频道用工提出了对策与建议。

摘要： 以营销渠道行为与组织理论为基础,实证探讨了企业间关系质量对制造商使用关系型治理与经销商投机行为之间关系的调节影响。通过对来自制造业的152份数据分析发现:在低企业间关系质量下,制造商采用共同制订计划的方式进行关系型治理会抑制经销商的投机行为,采用共同解决问题的方式则会增多经销商的投机行为;在高企业间关系质量下,制造商采用共同制订计划的方式进行关系型治理会增多经销商的投机行为,而采用共同解决问题的方式则会抑制经销商的投机行为。本文的研究结论对于制造商合理选择关系型治理方式制定决策,抑制经销商的投机行为具有重要的理论与实践意义。

摘要： 目的:探讨血涂片镜检在血常规检验中的重要作用。方法:收集2012年1月—12月我院门诊及病房的700例需要进行血常规检验的患者作为研究对象,进行血常规检测,对异常血液标本进行血涂片镜检,观察血液标本的形态学和白细胞分类。结果:700例患者中,血常规检验结果异常者127例,经血涂片镜检确认为异常者43例,血常规提示异常比例为18.14%,血常规及血涂片镜检同时检查异常比例为6.14%。血涂片镜检过程中发现异型淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞中毒颗粒、空泡、幼稚细胞、异常红细胞等。结论:血常规检查结果提示为异常标本的,必须进行血涂片镜检,以便进一步观察,从而提高检测报告的准确性。
